Governor Narasimhan speaks in Telugu at convocation

The Governor of Telugu states E.S.L. Narasimhan spoke in Telugu at the 14th convocation of Potti Sriramulu Telugu University on Tuesday. While addressing the gathering at the convocation, Mr Narsimhan gave his convocation speech in Telugu. He also spoke about the dangers of commercialisation of education and how everybody should help prevent it.
