Sri Lanka Minister Praised Telangana Police

Faizal Cassim who is Sri Lanka's Deputy Minister for Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, led a group of delegation.And he visited the Command and Control Centre (CCC) in Hyderabad on Sunday.Hyderabad City Police Anjani Kumar elaborated on the technological initiatives introduced towards curbing the crime in the city. Speaking to the media at the occasion, he lauded the initiatives taken up by the Telangana Police Department for effective policing referring to the Body-worn cameras and e-challan system as the best measures of the department.


Stating that more than 3,000 fatal accidents are registered annually in Sri Lanka, he said that they plan to discuss the initiatives in a broader perspective when a delegation will visit the Commissionerate next time.
