Two People Died Onboard Emirates flights At Hyderabad

In Emirates flights two passengers were died while both are travelling in two separate Emirates flights.On Friday the police said that They suddenly collapsed after reportedly developing cardiac problems while travelling.


In the first incident, an old man of 58 years died onboard an Emirates flight that landed at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad from Dubai around 10:30 am. RGIA Sub-Inspector Ch Dhanunjaya said the passenger identified as Mohammed Ali from Sudan suddenly collapsed in the flight. He, along with two relatives, was coming to the city for treatment.


The body has been preserved at a corporate hospital in Madhapur.“Ali’s body will be shifted to Osmania General Hospital for autopsy on Saturday to ascertain the exact cause of death,” said Dhanunjaya. His family members could claim the body after getting approval from the Sudan Embassy.


“From our side, we are extending necessary cooperation in shifting the body to Sudan.Another passenger also died onboard an Emirates flight bound for Bangkok from Dubai. The aircraft landed at the RGIA around 4:30 pm in emergency conditions. “We are yet to receive the body from the airline for completing the formalities,” the SI said.


In a statement, Emirates confirmed that a passenger on flight EK526 Dubai to Hyderabad on March 16 died in the terminal on arriving in Hyderabad.The statement further said that another flight EK372 Dubai to Bangkok on March 16 was diverted to Hyderabad due to a medical emergency. The passenger was confirmed to have died.
